摘要：污水處理廠是碳排放大戶，也是能源密集的高耗產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，具有巨大節(jié)能減排潛力。本文以碳達(dá)峰碳中和（簡稱雙碳）為背景，結(jié)合具體案例，分析城市污水處理廠清潔生產(chǎn)預(yù)評(píng)估內(nèi)容，從工藝設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備選型、智能控制等分析城市污水處理廠清潔生產(chǎn)審核方案及具體實(shí)施，這對(duì)城市污水處理廠清潔生產(chǎn)審核具有積極指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract： Sewage treatment plants are a major carbon emitter and one of the energy intensive and high consumption industries， with enormous potential for energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper takes carbon peak and carbon neutrality （referred to as dual carbon） as the background， combined with specific cases， analyzes the pre-evaluation content of clean production in urban sewage treatment plants， and analyzes the clean production audit plan and specific implementation of urban sewage treatment plants from process design， equipment selection， intelligent control， etc.， which has positive guiding significance for the clean production audit of urban sewage treatment plants.
