系統(tǒng)治理視閾下城市生態(tài)環(huán)境共治共管機制探索

摘要：近年來，我國城市生態(tài)環(huán)境保護取得區(qū)域性、階段化的勝利，但部分地區(qū)仍然面臨城市生態(tài)環(huán)境治理的困境，存在城市生態(tài)環(huán)境治理尚未系統(tǒng)化、治理主體互動效能低、機制不健全等問題。本文從系統(tǒng)治理的視角對這些問題進行分析，并提出城市生態(tài)環(huán)境治理的優(yōu)化途徑，以實現(xiàn)城市生態(tài)環(huán)境共治共管。

Abstract： In recent years， China’s urban ecological environment protection has achieved regional and phased victories， but some areas still face the dilemma of urban ecological environment governance， there are problems such as the lack of systematic urban ecological environment governance， low efficiency of governance subject interaction， and incomplete mechanisms. This paper analyzes these issues from the perspective of system governance and proposes optimization approaches for urban ecological environment governance to achieve co-governance and co-management of urban ecological environment.

新時代，為了建設(shè)人與自然和諧共生的現(xiàn)代化，必須把保護城市生態(tài)環(huán)境擺在更加突出的位置，科學(xué)規(guī)劃城市的生產(chǎn)空間、生活空間與生態(tài)空間，處理好城市生產(chǎn)生活和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護的關(guān)系，既提高經(jīng)濟發(fā)展質(zhì)量，又提高人民生活品質(zhì)。（剩余4108字）
