廢鹽蒸發(fā)分質(zhì)結(jié)晶工藝改造研究

摘要:廢鹽是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)生的危險(xiǎn)廢物之一,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)廢鹽年產(chǎn)生量不斷增加。廢鹽含有多種污染物,直接排放會(huì)嚴(yán)重污染生態(tài)環(huán)境,合理處置廢鹽已成為我國(guó)工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的客觀要求。本文以湖南省某企業(yè)為例,結(jié)合蒸發(fā)分質(zhì)結(jié)晶技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),分析廢鹽蒸發(fā)分質(zhì)結(jié)晶工藝改造,為廢鹽資源化利用提供參考。

Research on the Transformation of Waste Salt Evaporation and Fractional Crystallization Process

Abstract: Waste salt is one of the hazardous waste generated in industrial production, with the continuous development of the economy, the annual production of waste salt in China continues to increase. Waste salt contains various pollutants, and direct discharge will seriously pollute the ecological environment, and reasonable disposal of waste salt has become an objective requirement for sustainable industrial development in China. Taking a certain enterprise in Hunan Province as an example, combined with the characteristics of evaporation and fractional crystallization technology, this paper analyzes the transformation of waste salt evaporation and fractional crystallization process, providing reference for the resource utilization of waste salt.
