益陽(yáng)市污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控預(yù)警督辦系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用分析

摘要：當(dāng)前，傳統(tǒng)的污染源監(jiān)控管理方法已不能滿足生態(tài)環(huán)境管理需求，而污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控管理是其發(fā)展的方向。本文以益陽(yáng)市為例，結(jié)合污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控預(yù)警督辦系統(tǒng)的推送邏輯及處置流程，分析系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用成效，總結(jié)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用存在的問題，并提出對(duì)策，從而優(yōu)化污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控管理，減少環(huán)境違法行為，提升生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)水平。

Application Analysis of the Automatic Monitoring， Pre-warning and Supervision System for Pollution Sources in Yiyang City

Abstract： Currently， traditional methods for monitoring and managing pollution sources cannot meet the needs of ecological environment management， and automatic monitoring and management of pollution sources is the direction of its development. Taking Yiyang City as an example， combined with the push logic and disposal process of the automatic monitoring， pre-warning and supervision system for pollution sources， this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the system application， summarizes the problems in the system application， and proposes countermeasures to optimize the automatic monitoring and management of pollution sources， reduce environmental violations， and improve the level of ecological environment protection.

隨著污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控工作的推進(jìn)，污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，產(chǎn)生龐大的自動(dòng)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)，人工統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和處置已經(jīng)不能滿足污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控管理要求[1-2]，如何利用海量的污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)，提高監(jiān)管效能，是目前污染源自動(dòng)監(jiān)控管理急需解決的問題。（剩余3246字）
