摘 要：河鋼唐鋼鋼鐵公司通過普通日常點(diǎn)檢制度無法達(dá)到設(shè)備故障早知道、早預(yù)報(bào)、早診斷，通過建立設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)，逐漸從原有的應(yīng)急維修、預(yù)防性維修向預(yù)測性維修、主動性維修轉(zhuǎn)換，從而減少非計(jì)劃停機(jī)，提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Abstract：This article briefly discusses that Tangshan Iron and Steel Company of Hegang cannot achieve early knowledge， prediction， and diagnosis of equipment faults through ordinary daily inspection systems. By establishing an equipment status monitoring system， it gradually transitions from emergency maintenance and preventive maintenance to predictive and proactive maintenance， thereby reducing unplanned downtime and improving production efficiency.

國內(nèi)外鋼鐵企業(yè)普遍采用的點(diǎn)檢定修制對保持設(shè)備功能精度，保障設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行起到了關(guān)鍵的作用，但也存在著明顯的不足，無法預(yù)防和避免兩次定修之間出現(xiàn)的設(shè)備事故故障。（剩余2876字）
