V2O3碳熱還原-常壓滲氮制備高氮型釩基多元合金研究

摘 要:通過研究釩氧化物高溫碳熱還原和滲氮過程對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量影響的變化規(guī)律,綜合優(yōu)化高氮型釩基多元合金生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。通過擴(kuò)大化試驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)研究了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、氣體影響因素、溫度控制等對(duì)產(chǎn)品N/V、產(chǎn)品球團(tuán)粘連及形態(tài)形貌的影響,確定最佳釩基多元合金制備工藝參數(shù)。

STUDY ON PREPARATION OF HIGH NITROGEN VANADIUM BASED MULTICOMPONENT ALLOYS BY V2O3 CARBOTHERMAL REDUCTION ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE NITRIDING

Abstract:By studying the changes in the influence of high-temperature carbothermal reduction and nitriding processes of vanadium oxides on product quality, the production technology of high nitrogen vanadium based multi-element alloys is comprehensively optimized. The effects of reaction time, gas influencing factors, temperature control, and other factors on product N/V, product pellet adhesion, and morphology were studied through expanded experiments to determine the optimal process parameters for the preparation of vanadium based multicomponent alloys.
