電免疫學在心房顫動發(fā)病機制和診療策略中的研究進展
【摘要】心房顫動(房顫)是臨床上最常見的心律失常,嚴重影響患者生命健康及生活質量。目前房顫發(fā)生機制尚未完全闡明,研究表明免疫系統(tǒng)在房顫發(fā)生過程中被激活,參與心房重塑過程,并由此提出“電免疫學”的概念。現就免疫細胞電生理特性、免疫細胞與心肌細胞互作、免疫系統(tǒng)異?;顒釉诜款澲械淖饔眉皺C制進行系統(tǒng)綜述。

Research Progress in Electroimmunology in Atrial Fibrillation

【Abstract】Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia in clinic,which seriously affects the life health and quality of life of patients. At present,the mechanism of AF has not been fully elucidated. Studies have shown that the immune system is activated during the occurrence of AF and participate in the process of atrial remodeling,thus putting forward the concept of “Electroimmunology”. This article systematically reviews the electrophysiological properties of immune cells,the interaction between immune cells and cardiomyocytes,and the role and mechanism of abnormal activities of the immune system in AF.
