冠狀動脈CT血管成像指導經皮冠狀動脈介入治療臨床研究進展

【摘要】冠狀動脈CT血管成像是評估冠狀動脈狹窄程度的無創(chuàng)影像學手段。隨著冠狀動脈CT血管成像技術不斷完善，其可提供斑塊性質、血管周圍脂肪衰減指數(shù)、血流儲備分數(shù)及心肌灌注等大量信息，對經皮冠狀動脈介入治療具有重要指導意義。

【Abstract】Coronary artery computed tomography angiography is a noninvasive imaging method to assess the severity of coronary artery stenosis. As the technology has been improved rapidly，coronary artery computed tomography angiography is able to provide a large mount of information about the component of coronary plaque，perivascular fat attenuation index，fractional flow reserve and myocardial perfusion，which has important guiding significance for percutaneous coronary intervention.
