晝夜節(jié)律與心臟代謝研究進展

【摘要】晝夜節(jié)律使有機體內部生物功能與環(huán)境晝夜周期變化一致,生物體內幾乎所有重要生理過程均受其調控,包括心臟代謝。晝夜節(jié)律的紊亂也會導致心臟代謝節(jié)律的紊亂,引發(fā)一系列病理生理改變。現(xiàn)綜述晝夜節(jié)律與心臟代謝的研究進展,闡述晝夜節(jié)律對心臟代謝的調控機制。

【Abstract】Circadian rhythms align the internal biological functions of the organism with the circadian cycle of the environment and regulate almost all important physiological processes in the organism,including cardiac metabolism.Disturbances in circadian rhythms can also lead to disturbances in cardiac metabolic rhythms,triggering a series of pathophysiological changes.In this paper,we review the progress of research on circadian rhythm and cardiac metabolism,and describe the mechanisms of circadian rhythm regulation on cardiac metabolism.
