卵巢癌鉑耐藥及其治療研究進(jìn)展

［摘要］

卵巢癌是惡性程度最高的婦科惡性腫瘤之一。以鉑為基礎(chǔ)的化療是卵巢癌治療的重要組成部分，因此鉑耐藥也是卵巢癌治療中棘手的問(wèn)題。鉑耐藥是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程，涉及多種機(jī)制。本文就卵巢癌細(xì)胞鉑耐藥的分子機(jī)制及治療進(jìn)展作一綜述，以期為該病的臨床治療提供借鑒。

tance is a complex process involving a variety of mechanisms. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer cells and the advances in treatment， in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
