摘要：文章對(duì)新時(shí)期基于IP的移動(dòng)網(wǎng)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了分析，提出了靈活利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸技術(shù)、移動(dòng)IP城域網(wǎng)建設(shè)、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)全I(xiàn)P化等優(yōu)化方法，達(dá)到了提升移動(dòng)網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率、降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、保證移動(dòng)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用穩(wěn)定性的效果，并解決了以往移動(dòng)網(wǎng)在應(yīng)用時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸慢、業(yè)務(wù)阻塞等問(wèn)題，對(duì)于移動(dòng)網(wǎng)的廣泛、高效應(yīng)用來(lái)說(shuō)有著積極的促進(jìn)作用。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the optimization of mobile network based on IP in the new era， and puts forward optimization methods such as flexible use of network transmission technology， mobile IP Metropolitan area network construction， and all IP mobile network， which achieve the effect of improving the operating efficiency of mobile network， reducing operating costs， and ensuring the stability of users' mobile network applications. It also solves the problems of slow data transmission and service congestion in the past mobile network applications Efficient application has a positive promoting effect.

進(jìn)入信息化時(shí)代以后，移動(dòng)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用質(zhì)量受到更多關(guān)注，但就實(shí)際而言，很多地區(qū)因基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)條件差、IP應(yīng)用程度不足等因素而使得用戶體驗(yàn)較差，針對(duì)該種情況，很多地區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)商在探索IP移動(dòng)網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的具體策略，并在實(shí)際工作中取得了初步進(jìn)展，在分析影響移動(dòng)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用因素的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的調(diào)整，效果顯著。（剩余4104字）
