2</sup>d 的影響,并優(yōu)選出了用于侵徹帶殼B炸藥的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。利用選定的裝藥結(jié)構(gòu),開展侵徹帶炮彈鋼殼體B炸藥仿真模擬,探究炸高與殼體厚度對炸藥響應(yīng)狀態(tài)的影響,分析在不同炸高下射流侵徹引爆帶殼裝藥的機(jī)理;并開展試驗(yàn)研究,驗(yàn)證炸藥響應(yīng)狀態(tài)仿真結(jié)果。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對所選炮彈鋼殼體和 20mm 口徑的聚能裝藥而言,當(dāng)炸高小于 3.50d (殼體厚度為 0.2d 或 d (殼體厚度為0.3d)時(shí),被發(fā)裝藥在射流侵徹直接產(chǎn)生的沖擊波或沖擊波經(jīng)背板反射得到的反射波的作用下發(fā)生爆轟。當(dāng)炸高大于 5.00d (殼體厚度為0.2d)或 2.05d (殼體厚度為 0.3d )時(shí),因射流剩余能量激發(fā)產(chǎn)生的沖擊波及反射波無法引起被發(fā)裝藥的爆轟,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)彈藥的非爆轟解體。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

[ABSTRACT]In order to optimize the structural parametersof conical shaped charge and explore the conditions for achieving disintegrationwithout detonation of shelled Composition B,the jetformation process wassimulatedusing AUTODYN softwarebased onorthogonal experimental method.The influences of diferent charge structural parameters such as cone angle,material,wall thickness,and charge diameter on the jet detonation capability v2d were studied. And the structural parametersfor penetrating shelled Composition Bwereoptimized.Simulationof penetrationofsteelshelled CompositionB with projectiles was conducted using theselected charge structure.The efectsof explosion height and shell thickness on the response state of explosives were investigated.The mechanism of jetpenetrationand detonationof shell chargesatdiferent explosionheightswasalsoanalyzed.Finaly,experimentalresearch wasconductedtoverifythesimulationresultsof the response stateof explosives.It was foundthat,forthe selected shellsteel shelland20mm caliber energy gathering charge,when the explosion height is less than 3.50d (shell thickness of 0.2d )or d (shell thickness of 0.3d ), CompositonBdetonatesunder theactionof theshock waves directly generated byjetpenetrationorthereflectedwaves obtained from shock wave contact with the back plate.When the explosion height is greater than 5.00d (shell thickness of 0.2d )or 2,05d (shell thickness of 0.3d ),the shock wave and reflected wave generated by the residual energy of the jet could notcausethe detonationof Compositon B,and disintegrationwithoutdetonationof theammunitioncouldbeachieved.
