【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the effct of Yiqi Fumai injection （freeze-dried） combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets oncoronary heart diseaseandangina pectoris.MethodsA total of 15O patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admited to Lantian County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2O23 were randomly divided into two groups，75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets，and theobservation groupwas treated with YiqiFumai injection （freeze-dired）combined withclopidogrel bisulfate tablets.Thecurativeefect，cardiac function [strokevolume （SV），leftventri-cularenddiastolic bloodvolume （EDV），cardiacoutput （CO），ejection fraction （EF）and left ventricular end-systolic blood volume （ESV）]，myocardial enzyme indexes [creatinekinase isoenzyme （CK-MB），cardiac troponin I（cTnI），reatine kinase（CK）andlactatedehydrogenase （LDH），bloodlipidindicators [triglycerides（TG），low-densitylipoprotein（LDC），total cholesterol（TC）]，and adverse reactions werecompared between the two groups.ResultsThetotalfective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） ）.After treatment，the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were improved differently （ P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the levels of SV，EF and CO intheobservation group were higher，while the levelsofESVandEDVintheobservationgroup were lower（ P （20號 <0.05）.After treatment，the levels of myocardial enzyme indexes in the two groups were reduced （ P<0.05） ，especially in the observation group （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the blood lipid levels in both groups decreased （ P <0.05）， with the observation group having a lower level （ P <0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of rash，upper abdominal discomfort，palpitation and dizziness between the two groups （P>0.05） .Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection （freze-dried）combinedwith clopidogrel bisulfatetabletscan significantlyimprovethecardiacfunctionof patientswith coronary heartdiseaseand blood lipid levelsof patients，reduce myocardial injury，with significant curative ffctand high safety.

冠心病心絞痛是臨床常見病，臨床上常常采取抗血小板聚集藥物、鈣拮抗劑、降脂等藥物治療冠心病，但是服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、替格瑞洛、美托洛爾等藥物僅能暫時(shí)減輕心絞痛癥狀，無法延緩疾病的進(jìn)展。（剩余6314字）
