【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the effects of recombinant human interferon ∝2b （rhIFN - ∝2b ）gelon resultsof thinprepcytologytest （TCT），cervical inflammationand Th1/Th2balance inpatients with persistenthighrisk human papilomavirus （HR-HPV）infectionand low-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）.MethodsA totalof156patientswithpersistent HR-HPVinfectionandlow-gradeCINfrom AfliatedHospitalofJiaojiao Health and Medicine School were enrolled between January and December 2O22.According to random number table method，they were divided into routine group and rhIFN - ∝2b group，78 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with policresulen，while rhIFN- ∝2b group was treated with rhIFN- ∝2b gel on basis of routine group for 3 months.After 3 months of treatment，curative efect，TCTresults，Th1 cytokines [interleukin-2 （L-2）， interferon gamma （IFN - γ ）]，Th2cytokines [interleukin-4 （IL-4），interleukin-1O （IL-1O）]and ratioof Th1/Th2 cytokines were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 months of treatment，response rate of treatment and degradation rate of negative conversion in rhIFN- ∝2b group were higher than those in routine group （97.4% vs 88.5% ， 98.7% us 89.7% P <0.05）.After 3 months of treatment，levels of IL-2 and IFN- γ were increased in both groups，which were higher in rhIFN- ∝2b group than routine group，while levels of IL-4 and IL-1O were decreased， whichwere lower inrhIFN- α2b group than routine group（ P<0.05 .After3monthsof treatment，ratiosofIL-2/IL4，IL-2/IL-10， IFN-γ/IL-4 and IFN- γ/IL-10 were all increased in both groups，which were higher in rhIFN- ∝2b （202 group than routine group （ P <0.05）.After 3 months of treatment， there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions （pruritus，local iritation，vaginal dryness） between the two groups （P>O.O5）.ConclusionrhIFN∝2b gel can improve curative effct，reduce levels of inflammatory factors and improve balance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with persistent HR-HPV infection and low-grade CIN.
