摘要：文中通過(guò)對(duì)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定司法鑒定領(lǐng)域在實(shí)施資質(zhì)認(rèn)定過(guò)程中經(jīng)常碰到的一些問(wèn)題如許可主體、許可范圍、報(bào)告模式、標(biāo)識(shí)使用等方面的探討以及相關(guān)文件的解讀，給資質(zhì)認(rèn)定部門(mén)與司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)提供相應(yīng)的參考。

A Brief Discussion on Several Problems in the Field of Judicial Expertise Related to the Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract：  This paper explores several issues frequently encountered in the process of implementing qualification accreditation for judicial expertise within the field of inspection and testing institutions， including the subject of license， the scope of license， the mode of report， the use of logo， as well as the interpretation of relevant documents， to provide the corresponding references for the qualification accreditation departments and judicial expertise institutions.
