泉州市企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在問(wèn)題分析與對(duì)策

摘要：文中對(duì)泉州市市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局在2019年至2023年間“雙隨機(jī)、一公開(kāi)”監(jiān)督抽查中抽取的企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析，研討標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)審查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題，并提出相應(yīng)的建議及措施，以便促進(jìn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升，滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)需求，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

Analysis of Problems in Quanzhou Enterprise Standards and Countermeasures

Abstract： This article focuses on analyzing some issues found in the standard technical review of the enterprise standards drawn in the "double random， one open" supervision and inspection conducted by the Quanzhou Administration for Market Regulation from 2019 to 2023. It proposes corresponding suggestions and measures to promote the improvement of the quality of enterprise products and services， standardize market order， and meet market demands.

自2015年起，福建省開(kāi)始實(shí)施企業(yè)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自我聲明公開(kāi)制度，企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自我聲明公開(kāi)制度代替企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)備案管理制度是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)化改革不斷深入的必然舉措，是國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作改革的一項(xiàng)重要舉措，是促進(jìn)企業(yè)參與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作、保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提高生產(chǎn)效率、激發(fā)企業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力。（剩余5135字）
