張鵬，出生于山東費縣，畢業(yè)于山東藝術(shù)學(xué)院，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國油畫學(xué)會會員，山東省油畫學(xué)會常務(wù)理事、副秘書長，山東畫院簽約畫家，泉城油畫學(xué)社成員。

Zhang Peng， born in Feixian County， Shandong， graduated from Shandong University of Arts， is a member of the China Artists Association， member of the China Oil Painting Society， executive member and deputy secretary-general of the Shandong Oil Painting Society， signed painter of the Shandong Painting Academy， and member of the Quancheng Oil Painting Society.
