Eggshell pottery is one of the most outstanding representatives of pottery fired in diverse kilns of different regions in different cultural periods of the Neolithic Age. The magic of black eggshell pottery lies not only in its uses， but also in its exquisite craftsmanship. With changing shapes， its carcass is fine， as thin as an eggshell. Take a goblet as an example. The thinnest rim has a thickness of only 0.2mm， and its body thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 0.5mm.

From a modern perspective， eggshell pottery from the primitive society has integrated various decorative arts and production processes， and its artistic value and craftsmanship spirit are far beyond any practical value.
