I Have Become Confident

I used to be such a shy boy that I even couldn’t give a speech in public or talk to strangers. But things have changed because of my Chinese teacher.

Two years ago， my Chinese teacher asked me to share what I had learned from the books. At first， I felt so nervous because it was my first time to speak in front of the class. When the teacher found it， she gave me lots of useful suggestions. For example， she encouraged me to keep clam and practice over and over again by talking to myself in the mirror. I followed her advice. To my surprise， the speech was a total success.

From then on， I have become more and more outgoing and confident to face the challenges in life.
