纖維素及其衍生物在熔融沉積和墨水直寫成型3D打印中的研究進(jìn)展

摘要:3D打印是一種全新的制造方式,具有快速成型和定制的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢。纖維素作為世界上最豐富的天然聚合物,與3D打印技術(shù)相結(jié)合已成為國際研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文介紹了纖維素和常見纖維素衍生物的特點(diǎn)與應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,根據(jù)3D打印方法,分別綜述了近年來二者在熔融沉積成型(FDM)和墨水直寫成型(DIW)中的研究進(jìn)展。

FDM and DIW in 3D Printing with Cellulose and Its Derivatives: A Review

Abstract:3D printing is a new manufacturing method with unique advantages of rapid prototyping and customization. Cellulose is the most abundant natural polymer in the world,and the combination of 3D printing technology has become a hot topic of international research. This paper introduces the characteristics and application fields of cellulose and common cellulose derivatives,and reviews the research progress of both in fused deposition molding(FDM) and direct ink writing(DIW) in 3D printing methods in recent years,respectively.

3D 打印技術(shù)又稱增材制造技術(shù),與傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)不同,整個(gè)制造過程不需要模具、壓模,實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)和逐層精確制造,在精密制造、生物技術(shù)及醫(yī)療等諸多領(lǐng)域有巨大意義,研究成果層出不窮[1-3]。(剩余21259字)
