公立醫(yī)院高質(zhì)量發(fā)展背景下科普工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與對(duì)策

【摘 要】  通過(guò)分析公立醫(yī)院科普工作中存在的問(wèn)題，從強(qiáng)化科普管理體系、人才培養(yǎng)體系、科普傳播體系、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作體系等方面提出公立醫(yī)院提高健康科普工作質(zhì)量的建議，為醫(yī)院建立完善的科普工作機(jī)制，發(fā)揮公立醫(yī)院在健康管理中的引領(lǐng)示范作用提供參考。

Abstract By analyzing the problems existing in public hospitals' science popularization， this study puts forward suggestions for public hospitals to improve their health popularization work from the aspects of strengthening the science popularization management system， talent training system， science popularization communication system and content creation system. It provides references for public hospitals to establish a sound science popularization work mechanism and play a leading and exemplary role in health management.
