畬藥天仙果化學(xué)成分及藥理活性研究進(jìn)展

【摘 要】 天仙果為畬族常用的、藥食兩用的畬藥。天仙果含有苯丙素類、黃酮、三萜、甾體和酚酸類等多種化學(xué)成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗腫瘤、防治阿爾茨海默病和溶栓等多種藥理作用。文章在系統(tǒng)的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上，對天仙果的化學(xué)成分、藥理作用及臨床應(yīng)用做出總結(jié)，以便對其更好的研究、開發(fā)和利用。

Abstract：Ficus beecheyana is a common traditional She medicine，which is used as both medicine and food. F. beecheyana contained various chemical constituents，such as phenylpropanoids，flavonoids，triterpenoids，steroids，phenolic acids and fatty acid esters，ect.，which exhibited diverse biological activities，including anti-inflammatory，antioxidant，anti-tumor，anti-alzheimers disease and thrombolytic effects，and so on. On the basis of a sysmatic survey on literatures，this essay summarized the studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of F. beecheyana，in order to facilitate its studies development and utilization.

天仙果［Ficus erecta Thunb. var.beecheyana（Hook. et Arn.）King］為桑科（Moraceae）榕屬（Ficus）植物，多年生落葉小喬木或灌木，又名大號牛奶仔、牛奶柴、牛奶繩、牛乳繩［1-2］，最早記載于《本草綱目》［3］，主要分布于浙江、江西、福建、湖北、湖南、廣東、廣西和臺灣等地［4］。（剩余7622字）
