針刺干預(yù)肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎機(jī)制的研究概況

【摘 要】 肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎是臨床常見病，是針刺優(yōu)勢病種之一。通過檢索近年來針刺治療肩周炎相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)針刺能對致炎細(xì)胞因子、致纖維化細(xì)胞因子、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)、羥脯氨酸產(chǎn)生影響，從而改善疼痛和功能障礙癥狀。

Abstract：Periarthritis of shoulder is a common clinical disease and one of the predominant diseases of acupuncture. Through searching the literatures related to the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by acupuncture in recent years， it was found that acupuncture could affect inflammatory cytokines， fibrogenic cytokines， neurotransmitters and hydroxyproline， thus improving pain and dysfunction symptoms.

肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎是臨床常見病和多發(fā)病，是肩關(guān)節(jié)及其周圍組織受損、退變及炎性病變所致，常表現(xiàn)為肩周漸進(jìn)性疼痛、僵硬及關(guān)節(jié)各方向活動(dòng)受限，尤以夜間疼痛為甚［1］。（剩余7822字）
