摘要：本文對(duì)現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度信息系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行分析，闡述信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、搭建及實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，深入探討醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度信息化構(gòu)建模式、新增功能和創(chuàng)新之處，及其在提升醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度管理方面的效率及實(shí)施方面的效果，同時(shí)討論了系統(tǒng)推廣價(jià)值，以期為現(xiàn)代醫(yī)院規(guī)章制度信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供參考。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the requirements of modern hospital rules and regulations information system， expounds the design， construction and implementation process of information system， deeply discusses the information construction mode， new functions and innovations of hospital rules and regulations， and its efficiency and implementation effect in improving hospital rules and regulations management. At the same time， it discusses the promotion value of the system， in order to provide a reference for the construction of modern hospital rules and regulations information system.
