[摘 要]目的 探討微創(chuàng)小切口重瞼術(shù)的效果與安全性。方法 選取2023年1月-12月于空軍特色醫(yī)學(xué)中心皮膚整形中心接受重瞼術(shù)的196例患者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為觀察組102例和對照組94例。對照組予以傳統(tǒng)重瞼術(shù)治療，觀察組予以微創(chuàng)小切口重瞼術(shù)治療，比較兩組術(shù)后恢復(fù)情況、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況及滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組術(shù)后消腫時間、眼瞼弧度恢復(fù)時間和瘢痕恢復(fù)時間均短于對照組（P0.05）；觀察組滿意度為94.12%，高于對照組的84.04%（P

Efficacy and Safety of Minimally Invasive Small Incision Double Eyelid Surgery

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive small incision double eyelid surgery. Methods Totally 196 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in the Skin Plastic Surgery Center， Air Force Medical Center from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects， and they were randomly divided into observation group （102 patients） and control group（94 patients）. The control group was treated with traditional double eyelid surgery， and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive small incision double eyelid surgery. The postoperative recovery， complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative swelling reduction time， eyelid curvature recovery time and scar recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P0.05）.
