[摘 要]目的 分析正畸聯(lián)合口腔種植治療牙列缺損的整體效果。方法 選取2020年8月-2022年8月盤州市人民醫(yī)院收治的76例牙列缺損患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各38例。對(duì)照組給予口腔種植治療，觀察組給予正畸聯(lián)合口腔種植治療，比較兩組臨床療效、美容效果、牙齒功能及不適反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 觀察組治療優(yōu)良率為97.37%，高于對(duì)照組的81.58%（P

Application Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Oral Implantation in Patients With Dentition Defect and its Influence on Dental Function

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the overall effect of orthodontics combined with oral implantation in the treatment of dentition defect. Methods A total of 76 patients with dentition defect admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 38 patients in each group. The control group was given oral implantation treatment， and the observation group was given orthodontic combined with oral implantation treatment. The clinical efficacy， cosmetic effect， dental function and discomfort of the two groups were compared.
