皮膚鏡及反射式共聚焦顯微鏡對(duì)皮膚基底細(xì)胞癌的診斷效果

[摘 要]目的 探討皮膚鏡及反射式共聚焦顯微鏡（RCM）檢查在皮膚基底細(xì)胞癌（BCC）診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 選擇徐州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬徐州市立醫(yī)院皮膚科門(mén)診就診的50例擬診為BCC的患者作為研究對(duì)象，均進(jìn)行皮膚鏡、RCM檢查診斷，之后進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)檢查確診，觀察診斷效果。結(jié)果 聯(lián)合檢測(cè)方式診斷靈敏度、特異度及符合率均高于單一應(yīng)用皮膚鏡、RCM檢測(cè)，皮膚鏡診斷符合率低于兩者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)，RCM診斷符合率低于兩者聯(lián)合檢測(cè)，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of dermoscopy and reflective confocal microscopy （RCM） in the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma （BCC）. Methods A total of 50 patients who were diagnosed as BCC in the Department of Dermatology， Xuzhou Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects. All patients were diagnosed by dermoscopy and RCM， and then confirmed by histopathological examination.
