[摘 要]目的 探討手術(shù)室全程心理護(hù)理對(duì)緩解重瞼術(shù)患者緊張情緒的效果。方法 選取2023年5月-2024年2月我院接受重瞼術(shù)的患者80例為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與研究組，每組40例。對(duì)照組僅接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組在常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)上加入全程心理護(hù)理，比較兩組生命體征變化、心理狀態(tài)、疼痛情況及滿意度。結(jié)果 研究組手術(shù)開(kāi)始10 min后收縮壓、舒張壓、心率均低于對(duì)照組（P

Effect of Whole-course Psychological Nursing in Operating Room on Relieving Tension of Patients Undergoing Double Eyelid Surgery

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of whole-course psychological nursing in operating room on relieving tension in patients undergoing double eyelid surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital from May 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group only received routine nursing， and the study group added whole-course psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of vital signs， psychological state， pain and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
