[摘 要]目的 分析血清特異性IgE檢測(cè)在過敏性皮膚疾病患者篩查診斷中的價(jià)值。方法 選擇2021年8月-2023年10月我院診治的76例過敏性皮膚疾病患者為過敏組，選擇同期于我院體檢的76名無過敏性皮膚疾病人群為對(duì)照組，采用免疫印跡法檢測(cè)兩組血清特異性IgE陽性情況。結(jié)果 過敏組血清特異性IgE抗體總陽性率為92.11%，高于對(duì)照組的2.63%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the value of serum specific IgE detection in the screening and diagnosis of patients with allergic skin diseases. Methods A total of 76 patients with allergic skin diseases diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the allergic group， and 76 people without allergic skin diseases who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The positive rate of serum specific IgE in the two groups was detected by immunoblotting. Results The total positive rate of serum specific IgE antibody in the allergic group was 92.11%， which was higher than 2.63% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P
