[摘 要]目的 分析瓷貼面修復氟斑牙的效果及對患者牙周健康的影響。方法 選取本院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的82例氟斑牙患者為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組與研究組，每組41例。對照組給予烤瓷全冠治療，研究組給予瓷貼面治療，比較兩組美學修復效果、牙周健康指標及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結果 研究組修復后牙齒顏色、形態(tài)、邊緣美觀、半透明度評分均高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P

Effect of Porcelain Laminate Veneer in Repairing Dental Fluorosis and its Influence on Periodontal Health

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of porcelain laminate veneer in repairing dental fluorosis and its influence on periodontal health. Methods A total of 82 patients with dental fluorosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method， with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with porcelain crown， and the study group was treated with porcelain laminate veneer. The aesthetic repair effect， periodontal health index and complications were compared between the two groups.
