自體脂肪顆粒移植在鼻根低平患者隆鼻術(shù)中的效果

【摘 要】為探討鼻根低平患者隆鼻術(shù)中自體脂肪顆粒移植的應(yīng)用效果，本研究選擇2020年4月-2022年5月我院收治的42例鼻根低平者為研究對(duì)象，采取自體脂肪顆粒移植隆鼻術(shù)，對(duì)手術(shù)前后鼻額角進(jìn)行對(duì)比，并統(tǒng)計(jì)患者整形滿(mǎn)意度和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果顯示，患者術(shù)后12個(gè)月鼻額角為（136.24±2.76）°，大于術(shù)前的（122.13±2.87）°，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】In order to explore the application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in augmentation rhinoplasty for patients with low nasal root， 42 patients with low nasal root admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects， and autologous fat granule transplantation was adopted for augmentation rhinoplasty. The nasal frontal angle before and after operation was compared， and the patients’ satisfaction with plastic surgery and the incidence of adverse reactions were counted.
