【摘 要】目的 探究臨床護(hù)理路徑在老年白內(nèi)障手術(shù)患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取我院2022年1月-12月收治的96例老年白內(nèi)障患者為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，每組48例。對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理模式，觀察組采用臨床護(hù)理路徑模式，比較兩組臨床指標(biāo)、疾病健康知識掌握程度及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組術(shù)后視力、住院天數(shù)、住院費用均優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Elderly Patients with Cataract Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with cataract surgery. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with cataract admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode， and the observation group was treated with clinical nursing pathway mode. The clinical indexes， mastery of disease health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative visual acuity， hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were better than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P

白內(nèi)障（cataract）作為常見影響視力的眼科疾病，常發(fā)生于45歲以上群體，75～95歲的老年患者發(fā)病率為84.62%以上，該疾病隨著年齡的增加，發(fā)病率呈逐漸上升趨勢，發(fā)病因素與紫外線輻射刺激、年齡及用眼過度等有關(guān)[1]。（剩余5930字）
