免疫因素在尖銳濕疣發(fā)病和復(fù)發(fā)機(jī)制中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 尖銳濕疣是一種常見的性傳播疾病，由人乳頭瘤病毒感染皮膚黏膜引起。由于尖銳濕疣的傳染性強(qiáng)，復(fù)發(fā)率高，需要長時(shí)間反復(fù)治療，且尖銳濕疣的發(fā)病和復(fù)發(fā)機(jī)制復(fù)雜，因此，本文就免疫因素在尖銳濕疣發(fā)病和復(fù)發(fā)機(jī)制中的研究做一綜述，為找到控制該病發(fā)生和復(fù)發(fā)的最佳途徑提供理論依據(jù)。

[Abstract] Condyloma acuminatum is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by human papilloma virus infection of the skin mucosa. Due to the strong infectivity and high recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum， it requires long-term repeated treatment， and the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum is complex. Therefore， this article reviews the study of immune factors in the pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of condyloma acuminatum， and provides a theoretical basis for finding the best way to control the occurrence and recurrence of the disease.
