經(jīng)方在ICU心力衰竭患者中的應(yīng)用探析

【摘要】 心力衰竭是由多種原因所導(dǎo)致的心室收縮或舒張功能減退的臨床綜合征，是心血管疾病中的終末階段，患者生存率低下，若病情急劇加重，需轉(zhuǎn)ICU監(jiān)護(hù)治療。本文基于氣血陰陽和臟腑理論，結(jié)合導(dǎo)師臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)運(yùn)用經(jīng)方治療ICU心力衰竭患者進(jìn)行粗淺探析。

[Abstract] Objective： Heart failure is a clinical syndrome with decreased ventricular systolic or diastolic function caused by various reasons. It is the final stage of cardiovascular disease， and the survival rate of patients is low. If the condition worsens rapidly， it needs to be transferred to ICU for monitoring and treatment. Based on the theory of qi-blood-yin-yang and viscera， combined with the clinical experience of tutors， this paper makes a superficial analysis on the treatment of ICU patients with heart failure by classical prescriptions.

心力衰竭（heart failure，HF）是由多種原因所導(dǎo)致的心肌細(xì)胞損傷或心臟負(fù)荷過重，進(jìn)而影響到心肌結(jié)構(gòu)與功能，導(dǎo)致心室收縮或舒張功能減退的臨床綜合征，通常以組織器官灌注不足和循環(huán)淤血為主要特征[1]。（剩余7636字）
