功能性便秘影響因素及診斷方法的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 功能性便秘（FC）是世界上最常見(jiàn)的功能性胃腸道疾?。‵GIDs）之一，它影響生活質(zhì)量并給醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)帶來(lái)沉重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行了眾多調(diào)查研究，并且現(xiàn)有多種方法可對(duì)其進(jìn)行診斷分析。本文將匯總可能導(dǎo)致FC的影響因素及歸納診斷方法，旨在為預(yù)防和診斷提供新思路。

[Abstract] Functional constipation （FC） is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders （FGIDs） in the world， affecting quality of life and placing a heavy financial burden on healthcare services. There have been many investigations and studies on its influencing factors at home and abroad， and there are many methods for its diagnosis and analysis. This article will summarize the influencinat may lead to functionalg factors th constipation and inductive diagnosis methods， aiming to provide new ideas for prevention and diagnosis.

功能性便秘（FC）又稱特發(fā)性便秘，根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)[1]中羅馬Ⅳ診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將其定義為有排便費(fèi)力、排便不盡感、糞質(zhì)較硬、肛門(mén)直腸梗阻感、需要手法輔助、排便次數(shù)明顯減少等兩種或兩種以上癥狀且不符合腹瀉型腸易激綜合征及阿片類藥物引起的便秘。（剩余10480字）
