氧化應(yīng)激與糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變的機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變是糖尿病主要并發(fā)癥之一，以神經(jīng)受損為主要病理改變，其發(fā)病機(jī)制與氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)關(guān)系密切。文章綜合近年來(lái)的研究成果，總結(jié)闡述氧化應(yīng)激參與糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變的作用機(jī)制。

[Abstract] Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the main complications of diabetes， with nerve damage as the main pathological change， and its pathogenesis is closely related to oxidative stress response. Based on the research results of recent years， the mechanism of oxidative stress in diabetic peripheral neuropathy is summarized.
