Abstract Objective：To systematically explore the best evidence for pediatric blood gas analysis，establish review criteria，and to analyze the barriers and facilitators in evidence-based nursing practice，thereby providing a scientific basis for developing implementation strategies.Methods：Gathered the evidence，established the review criteria，assessed the indicators by using the i-PARIHS framework's evidence application barrier identification assessment checklist to formulate a transformation plan.Results：A total of 13 pieces of evidence were included，leading to the establishment of 12 review indicators，of which 3 review indicators had pediatric patients compliance rates of less than 50%，2 review indicators had compliance rates of less than 80%，and 3 review indicators had compliance rates of less than 90%.Conclusion：By developing transformation strategies，adjustments can be made to clinical nursing workflows and information systems.The i-PARIHS model theory is utilized to analyze the barriers to evidence translation，thereby formulating recipient-centered optimization strategies to further promote the application of evidence.
