AbstractObjective：Tosummarizethebestevidenceoninhalationtherapymanagementofpatientswithchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease（COPD）andprovideascientificbasisforclinicalmedicalstaffandCOPDpatientswhounderwenthomebasedinhalationtherapy.Methods：Relevantliterature，includingguidelines，expertconsensusorexpertopinion，evidencesummary，andsystematicreviewoninhalationtherapyofCOPDpatients，wereretrievedfromdatabases.Researcherswhoweretrainedinevidencebasedcoursesconductedaqualityevaluationoftheincludedliterature.Theevidencewasextractedandintegratedbasedontheirprofessionalknowledgetoformthebestevidencesummary.Results：Atotalof18articles，including10guidelines，7expertconsensusarticles，and1evidencesummary，werefinallyincluded.Atotalof33piecesofbestevidenceweresummarizedfrom8aspects：theselectionofinhalantdevices，theselectionofinhalantdrugs，postinhalanttherapymanagement，theselectionofatomizedinhalationmethods，aerosolizationinhaleddrugguidance，managementduringaerosolinhalation，theimpactbetweennoninvasiveventilationandatomization，andmanagementafteraerosolinhalation.Conclusions：TheformedbestevidenceforinhalationtherapymanagementinCOPDpatientsprovidesanevidencebasedbasisforthecorrectclinicalimplementationofaerosolinhalationproceduresandthecorrectuseofinhalationtherapyforpatientsandtheircaregivers.
