食管癌根治術(shù)中食管胃吻合方法的研究進(jìn)展

[摘要] 外科手術(shù)治療仍是食管癌的主要治療方法，食管胃吻合為手術(shù)切除食管癌病變并重建消化道的最主要方式。目前常用吻合方式有圓形吻合器、直線型切割縫合器吻合及手工吻合，但是各種吻合方式均不能完全避免吻合口并發(fā)癥。該文將就食管癌根治術(shù)中食管胃吻合方法作一綜述，以期為臨床上工作提供理論依據(jù)。

[Abstract] Surgical treatment is still the main treatment method for esophageal cancer， and esophagogastric anastomosis is the most important method for surgical resection of esophageal cancer lesions and reconstruction of the digestive tract. At present， the commonly used anastomotic methods include circular stapler， linear cutting and stapler anastomosis and manual anastomosis， but various anastomosis methods cannot completely avoid anastomotic complications. This article will review the methods of esophagogastric anastomosis in radical resection of esophageal cancer， in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical work.
