【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore theclinical application efectof Runshuqingin preventing nasal mucosal pressre injury in ICU patients undergoing nasotracheal intubation.MethodsSelected100 patients admited tothehospital ICUfromAugust 2022 to August 2024.According to the principle ofcomparable baseline data between gender，age，acute physiology and chronic health statusscore （APACHE-I），and transnasotracheal intubationtime，they were divided intocontrol groupand observationgroupwith5Ocaseseach.Thecontrol groupused paraffnoilfornasal dripcareonthebasisofroutinecare.The observation group used Runshuqingonthe basis ofroutinecare.MMPIoccurrence，pain，comfort and nursing satisfaction were compared between thetwo groups.Results After the treatment， thetotal incidence of MMPI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，which was statistically significant （P<0.05） .The pain score of the observed patientswas lower than thatofthecontrolgroup，while thecomfortandsatisfactionscores werehigherthanthatofthecontrol group，which was significant （P<0.05） .Conclusion To some extent， it can prevent the occurrence of nasal MMPI in ICU patients with nasal tracheal intubation，reduce pain， and increase patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
