2025年伊始，DeepSeek的突破性進(jìn)展[為生成式人工智能（Generative Artificial Inteligence，簡(jiǎn)稱GAI）的發(fā)展定下了基調(diào)：擴(kuò)展定律（ScalingLaw）依然有效，但是換了一種方式，模型訓(xùn)練的重點(diǎn)從預(yù)訓(xùn)練階段轉(zhuǎn)向后訓(xùn)練階段，推動(dòng)力由單純的算力投入轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槟Ｐ臀⒄{(diào)、數(shù)據(jù)蒸餾和系統(tǒng)對(duì)齊的協(xié)同進(jìn)化；技術(shù)普及化趨勢(shì)正在挑戰(zhàn)少數(shù)大型科技公司的主導(dǎo)地位，盡管大型科技企業(yè)仍在探索技術(shù)極限，但隨著算力壁壘的降低和開(kāi)源模型的興起，中小型企業(yè)得以在云端、邊緣計(jì)算及具身智能領(lǐng)域蓬勃發(fā)展，生態(tài)系統(tǒng)迅速擴(kuò)展，形成“中心化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施 + 分布式應(yīng)用生態(tài)”的新格局，核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力正從算力壟斷逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向算法創(chuàng)新和數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量；企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)一步升級(jí)為地緣政治的博弈，主要體現(xiàn)在美中之間的多維度對(duì)抗，包括技術(shù)、資本和人才等方面。（剩余17888字）
