天水市秦州區(qū)果品種植新型經(jīng)營(yíng)主體提質(zhì)增效對(duì)策淺析

摘 要：

對(duì)天水市秦州區(qū)果品種植新型經(jīng)營(yíng)主體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，分析了存在的突出問(wèn)題，從低效園改造提升、優(yōu)化投融資渠道、探索互補(bǔ)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)服務(wù)、提升培訓(xùn)成效、完善果品保險(xiǎn)制度等方面提出了提質(zhì)增效的對(duì)策建議。

Abstract： The development status of new business entities of fruit planting in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City were summarized， the existing outstanding problems were analyzed， and the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for improving quality and efficiency from the aspects of improving inefficient garden transformation， optimizing investment and financing channels， exploring complementary business models， innovating technical services， improving training effectiveness， and improving fruit insurance system.
