探索個(gè)體化用藥模式，助力藥學(xué)服務(wù)精細(xì)化

摘 要 個(gè)體化用藥是實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療的基石，而治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)是個(gè)體化用藥至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié)。根據(jù)臨床需求，我院藥學(xué)部依托治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)，圍繞抗菌藥物、免疫抑制劑等開(kāi)展個(gè)體化藥物治療的實(shí)踐與探索，賦能精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療的個(gè)體化用藥發(fā)展，強(qiáng)化了藥學(xué)服務(wù)的精細(xì)化管理，增強(qiáng)了學(xué)科的專業(yè)影響力。

Exploring the modes of individualized drug therapy to enhance the refined pharmaceutical services

ABSTRACT Individualized medicine is the cornerstone of precision medicine， while therapeutic drug monitoring is a crucial part of individualized medicine. According to the clinical needs， the Department of Pharmacy of our hospital relies on the therapeutic drug monitoring platform to carry out individualized medication practices and explorations around antimicrobials and immunosuppressants， so as to empower individualized drug therapy development of precision medicine， enhance the refined management of pharmaceutical services and strengthen the professional influence of the discipline.
