摘 要 社區(qū)老年人營養(yǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及營養(yǎng)不良發(fā)生率高,建立社區(qū)老年人營養(yǎng)管理團(tuán)隊(duì),開展社區(qū)老年人全程規(guī)范化營養(yǎng)管理具有重要意義。通過團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,可以提高社區(qū)老年人的營養(yǎng)素養(yǎng),改善社區(qū)老年人的營養(yǎng)狀況,預(yù)防營養(yǎng)不良的發(fā)生,助力實(shí)現(xiàn)健康老齡化。

ABSTRACT The nutritional risk and incidence of malnutrition among elderly people in the community are high. It is of great significance to establish a team for nutrition management of elderly people in the community and carry out standardized nutrition management throughout the entire process. Through team management, the nutritional literacy of elderly people in the community can be improved, their nutritional status can be improved, malnutrition can be prevented, and healthy aging can be achieved.
