不同皮瓣修復(fù)術(shù)對口腔頜面部腫瘤術(shù)后缺損手術(shù)時間及口腔功能指標(biāo)的影響

摘 要 目的：分析口腔頜面部腫瘤術(shù)后缺損患者行不同皮瓣修復(fù)術(shù)治療的效果。方法：選擇口腔頜面部腫瘤術(shù)后缺損患者58例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組，各29例。兩組均施以皮瓣修復(fù)手術(shù)治療，對照組胸大肌位置選擇皮瓣，觀察組為股前外側(cè)皮瓣，比較不同部位皮瓣的效果差異。結(jié)果：觀察組并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率低于對照組；手術(shù)時間、拔除胃管時間、經(jīng)口進(jìn)食時間、皮瓣愈合時間短于對照組；皮瓣制作+顯微吻合時間長于對照組；外形修復(fù)、正常進(jìn)食、口腔開合功能、口腔容納水測試、正常吞咽、咀嚼功能、語言表達(dá)能力、正常咬合功能分?jǐn)?shù)，皮瓣成活率和修復(fù)滿意度高于對照組（P

The effect of different skin flaps on the operation time and oral function index of oral and maxillofacial defects after tumor surgery

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the effect of different skin flaps in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial defects after tumor surgery. Methods： Fifty-eight patients with postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial tumors were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 29 patients each. Flap repair surgery was performed in both groups， the control group selected flap at the position of pectoralis major muscle， while the observation group selected anterolateral femoral flap. and the effect of the flap in different parts was compared. Results： The total incidence of complication was lower； the times for operation， gastric tube removal， transoral feeding， and flap healing were shorter； the time for flap fabrication + microscopic anastomosis was longer； and the scores of shape repair， normal feeding， oral opening and closing function， oral water holding test， normal swallowing， masticatory function， verbal expression ability， and normal occlusion function， and the flap viability and satisfaction of repair were higher in the observation group than the control group （P

口腔頜面部腫瘤是臨床常見的疾病類型，手術(shù)治療為通常的治療手段，然而手術(shù)會產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)傷，對口腔軟組織等造成影響，如出現(xiàn)大面積缺損等不良情況，影響口腔功能、降低美觀度，對患者的心理和生理都會產(chǎn)生很大的傷害[1]。（剩余4854字）
