針刺治療子宮脫垂療效的薈萃分析

摘 要 目的：系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)針刺療法治療子宮脫垂患者的臨床療效。方法：通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方、維普、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、PubMed等中英文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，搜集關(guān)于針刺治療子宮脫垂患者的臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)（RCT）研究。采用RevMan5.3軟件進(jìn)行薈萃分析。結(jié)果：共納入12篇1 163例。針刺療法（包括普通針刺、電針、溫針灸、針灸結(jié)合等）治療子宮脫垂的臨床有效率較對(duì)照組高[OR=4.81，95%CI（3.19，7.24），Z=7.51，P

Meta-analysis of the effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse

ABSTRACT Objective： To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse. Methods： By searching databases such as China CNKI， Wan Fang， VIP and China， CBM， PubMed by the computer， the clinical randomized controlled trial（RCT） research on acupuncture treatment of patients with uterine prolapse was collected. Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software. Results： A total of 12 articles were included， with a total of 1 163 subjects. The clinical effective rate of acupuncture therapy （including common acupuncture， electro-acupuncture， warm acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and moxibustion） was higher than that of the control group[OR=4.81， 95% CI（3.19， 7.24）， Z=7.51， P

子宮脫垂是盆腔器官脫垂的主要表現(xiàn)之一，屬于盆底功能障礙性疾病[1]，主要表現(xiàn)為子宮從正常位置沿陰道下降，宮頸外口達(dá)坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宮全部脫出于陰道口以外，常伴有腰酸、腹部下墜、勞動(dòng)和行走后癥狀加劇，甚至?xí)心蝾l或排尿困難、尿潴留、尿失禁及白帶增多等癥狀[2]。（剩余7140字）
