摘 要 保健食品廣告一直是廣告監(jiān)管執(zhí)法的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域之一,企業(yè)合規(guī)發(fā)布廣告,能更好地維護(hù)保健食品市場秩序,保障消費(fèi)者合法權(quán)益。本文結(jié)合“三品一械”廣告審查工作,梳理了保健食品廣告樣件申報(bào)中常見問題,以期為企業(yè)規(guī)范保健食品廣告提供參考。

Common problem on review of health food advertisements

ABSTRACT Health food advertisements have always been one of the key areas of advertising supervision and law enforcement, and the release of advertisements by enterprises in compliance with the law can better maintain the order of the health food market and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. The common problems in the declaration of health food advertisement samples were sorted out by combining the “three products and one device” advertisement review work so as to provide reference for enterprises to regulate health food advertisement.
