上海市開展功能社區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務的SWOT分析

摘 要 功能社區(qū)作為社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務的拓展和延伸，對于改善功能社區(qū)人群衛(wèi)生服務的可及性、實現(xiàn)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務的公平性具有重要意義。本文運用SWOT分析法探討上海市開展功能社區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和風險，并提出推進功能社區(qū)建設的若干策略。

ABSTRACT As the expansion and extension of the community health services， functional communities are of great significance for improving the accessibility of health services in functional communities and realizing the fairness of the community health services. The paper uses SWOT analysis to explore the strengths， weaknesses， opportunities and threats of the community health services in functional communities in Shanghai， and puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of functional communities.
