上海市奉賢區(qū)奉浦街道老年人體檢結(jié)果與骨密度的相關(guān)性分析

摘 要 目的：分析社區(qū)老年人的骨密度的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法：選取參加2019年1月1日至2020年6月30日體檢的上海奉賢區(qū)奉浦街道60歲以上老年人為研究對(duì)象。采集腰椎、股骨、跟骨T值以及空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸、血紅蛋白、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、腰圍、臀圍等相關(guān)信息，分析這些指標(biāo)與T值的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：直線相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，BMI、腰圍、血糖、尿酸、血紅蛋白等與骨密度T值的相關(guān)性有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Correlation analysis between physical examination results and bone mineral density in the elderly people in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District， Shanghai

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of bone mineral density of the elderly people in the community. Methods： The elderly people over 60 years old who participated in the physical examination from January 1， 2019 to June 30， 2020 were selected as the research objects in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District， Shanghai. T-values of lumbar spine， femur and calcaneus， fasting blood glucose， blood lipid， uric acid， hemoglobin， body mass index（BMI）， waist circumference， hip circumference and other relevant information were collected， and the correlation between these indexes and T value were analyzed.
