早產(chǎn)兒支氣管肺發(fā)育不良與兒童期哮喘關(guān)系研究進(jìn)展

［摘要］ 支氣管肺發(fā)育不良（BPD）是早產(chǎn)兒常見肺部慢性疾病，可對(duì)機(jī)體各器官的發(fā)育產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。BPD對(duì)遠(yuǎn)期肺功能的影響尚無深入研究，其發(fā)生發(fā)展是否與兒童期哮喘相關(guān)尚無定論。本文就早產(chǎn)兒BPD與兒童期哮喘關(guān)系的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述。

Research advances in the association between bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants and childhood asthma

［Abstract］ Bronchopulmonary dysplasia （BPD） is a common chronic lung disease in preterm infants and can exert long-term and far-reaching impacts on the development of organ systems in children. There is still a lack of in-depth studies in the influence of BPD on long-term pulmonary function， and no conclusion has been reached on the association between its development and progression and childhood asthma. This article reviews the studies on the association between BPD in preterm children and childhood asthma.

支氣管肺發(fā)育不良（BPD）是新生兒最常見且最嚴(yán)重的一種呼吸系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥[1-2]，隨著我國新生兒科醫(yī)療技術(shù)的發(fā)展，早產(chǎn)兒存活率明顯提高，其BPD發(fā)病率也有逐年攀升趨勢[3]。（剩余10908字）
